Nothing soft about softball

Great Britain's slow pitch softball team are chasing their 6th consecutive European title this weekend in Southampton.

But the sport will miss out on mass exposure at the London 2012 Olympics, because the faster version, along with baseball, will be dropped from the games after Beijing.

Mike Bushell joined to team to have a go at softball, and found it can be pretty hard.
