A secretary's claim of sex discrimination and unfair dismissal against the Prince of Wales' Office will be heard next month. Elaine Day, of Belvedere, Kent, spent five years at Clarence House and worked as a personal assistant.
HRH The Prince of Wales has been named as the respondent in the case, which is expected to begin on November 17 in Croydon, south London.
Clarence House says it will contest the complaint "vigorously".
Ms Day left her job at the Prince's London residence earlier this year .
Her solicitor, Kevin McCavish, confirmed that the employment tribunal is expected to last three days.
