Windows 7 plan 'better than Vista'

Microsoft Corporate Vice President Julie Larson-Green says the new operating system has been prepared better than its predecessor.

Windows Vista was criticised for having sluggish performance and failing to work with old software.

But Ms Larson-Green says Windows 7 will be different.
