Thursday, 11 June marks exactly one year until the 2010 football World Cup kicks off in South Africa. How are you preparing for the big event? Football fanatics across the globe are already making plans to follow their nation to the tournament next June. For many in Africa, it will be their first and only chance to take part in one of the world's greatest sporting celebrations. Thousands are already saving their cents to make the epic journey to Cape Town, Port Elizabeth or one of the other venues to sample the festival atmosphere. In South Africa itself, World Cup fever is building. Hotels are opening, stadiums are being completed and parties are being planned. Are you gearing up for the World Cup?
