Upload videos in the usual way and send them to us here on the BBC website. There's an upload form for your video thoughts here - or you can send video taken on your phone to us on 61124.

Qik is a video upload service that works from your mobile phone. If your phone is supported, you can down load some software that will connect you so that you can stream your video live onto the web. Come and find the Have Your Say video and upload your replies here.

Make sure that you check the price of your data package before you start.

If you want to get involved in a conversation on seesmic, you can do that too. Seesmic is a video conversation site where you can join our BBC Have Your Say discussions, or start a conversation of your own. Simply record your video directly onto the site, or record it in the usual way and upload it here.

Phreadz is a video conversation site where you can start a conversation or talk to other people in the community by uploading video replies. You can use your web cam or a video recorder to put your video online. Start a conversation or direct a reply to BBC Have Your Say on Phreadz.
