Isaf reaction to Afghan tanker blasts

At least 90 people have been killed after a Nato air strike blew up two fuel tankers hijacked by the Taliban in northern Afghanistan, officials say.

International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) spokesman Eric Tremblay confirmed that the incident happened in Kunduz province.

He said there had been local reports of casualties, but it was too early to go into numbers.
