Floods hit China and Vietnam

Torrential rain and flash floods have caused chaos in China and Vietnam.

In southern and central China at least 16 people have died and more than 300,000 people have been evacuated from their homes.

In Vietnam at least 15 people have been killed in landslides triggered by the heavy rain.
