Destruction in Swat town, Mingora

Pakistan's operation against Taliban rebels in the Swat valley region should be over in the next few days, the country's defence secretary has said.

Meanwhile, the streets of the biggest town in the Swat valley, Mingora, were filled with people trying to get food, amongst damaged buildings and dead bodies after the military claimed it had retaken the town from the Taliban.
