Polling is under way in the fourth phase of India's marathon five-phase general election with the capital, Delhi, one of the key battlegrounds.
Congress Party president Sonia Gandhi voted at a polling centre in New Delhi constituency. She arrived accompanied by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit.
