UN blames Israel for Gaza raids

A UN inquiry has blamed Israel for six out of nine serious attacks on its buildings during the three-week Gaza offensive, which began on 27 December 2008.

It blames Palestinians for one attack. Israel's foreign ministry has rejected the criticism, saying it is biased, and ignores the facts presented to the inquiry.
