Sri Lankan response to attack

Charith Senanayake, the Sri Lankan cricket team marketing head, has given his reaction to the attack on the team in Pakistan.

Seven cricketers, and their assistant coach, were injured during the attack by gunmen in Lahore, and six local policemen were killed along with a driver.

He said on hearing the news that the board were 'pretty shaken up' and they had not expected this reaction to the team's tour.
