Rice calls for united stand against terror

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has said those behind the attacks on the Indian city of Mumbai must be brought to justice.

Speaking at a news conference in London after talks with UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband, she said the world had to stand united against the perpetrators.
