It remains unclear who is responsible for the terror attacks in Mumbai in India, where at least 130 people lost their lives.
The Indian foreign minister has suggested that there may be some Pakistani involvement.
Meanwhile the head of Pakistan's intelligence service will visit Mumbai to share information. Frank Gardner reports.
