India minister on 'conspiracy'

India's Home Minister, Shivraj Patil, told reporters that attacks on Mumbai appeared to have been carefully planned and co-ordinated.

At least 101 people have been killed and more than 280 wounded in a series of attacks on tourist and business areas.
