| Sunday, 2 June, 2002, 11:32 GMT 12:32 UK Nepal search for missing helicopter Rescuers are reported to have resumed their search for a missing helicopter carrying 10 people in north-eastern Nepal. The Asian Airlines helicopter disappeared on Friday with eight Nepalese and two Russians on board. The search was called off on Saturday because of heavy rain. The Russian-made helicopter lost contact with aviation authorities shortly before it was scheduled to land at the north-eastern town of Lukla, in the Mount Everest area. Those aboard included a party of climbers.
