| Tuesday, 5 February, 2002, 18:09 GMT Five Bengali fishermen missing Authorities in the Indian state of West Bengal say five fishermen have been reported missing. The five are believed to have disappeared on the Kalavati river which separates the state from neighbouring Bangladesh. Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) say the fishermen may have strayed into Bangladesh and could have been arrested. Meanwhile, BSF officials confirmed killing three smugglers in Bengal's northern district of Coochbehar, when they were allegedly trying to enter Bangladesh on Sunday.
