China's 'special difficulty' on climate

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has addressed world leaders at the UN climate conference in Copenhagen.

The US and China are the world's two largest carbon emitters and Wen Jiabao admitted his country had ''a special difficulty'' in controlling emissions because of growing industrialisation.
