Yet for every Garth Brooks or Reba McEntire, there are thousands of musicians who toil behind the scenes just hoping to make it big someday.

One such musician is Tim Panyard, who gave this first person account of life working at the renowned Bluebird Café while dreaming of hitting the big time.
