Matt Frei speaks with former KGB general Oleg Kalugin about the recent arrests of 10 alleged Russian 'agents' in the US.
Kalugin, who was a longtime head of KGB operations in the US before becoming a critic of the agency and being stripped of his rank, said the KGB used to view covers working under false identities as too risky and too expensive.
