In World News America's signature series "First Person," people from all walks of life tell their own stories in their own words.

Rich Hall is an American stand-up who cut his teeth with the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David and Paul Reiser, before relocating to London in the nineties.

He talks about why he is attracted to the UK comedy scene, and how he intends to find laughs after the departure of President Bush.
