What now for British Telecom?
British Telecom chief executive Ben Verwaayen

British Telecom (BT) shares have been falling recently after analysts lowered their profit forecasts for two key areas - broadband connections and technology solutions for big global clients.

There is also increasing talk about whether BT will eventually be split in two: BT Retail and BT Wholesale.

Ben Verwaayen is BT's chief executive. Born in Holland, he previously worked in the United States.

Adam spoke to Mr Verwaayen about the strategic future of the company as well as putting some of our viewers' questions to him.
