Stewart: 'I was a torturer'

Former UN Commander Colonel Bob Stewart who ran a detention centre in Northern Ireland explains why torture can be acceptable.

He speaks out against Guantanamo Bay but said he took part in interrogation activities that some people would describe as 'cruel' and 'degrading'.
