Executive head on running three schools

Adam Fleming spoke to executive head Greg Wallace on how he runs three schools in a 'federation'.

Education secretary Ed Balls had suggested he could find substantial savings in his department's budget - perhaps £2 billion each year - by cutting the number of education managers and creating federations of schools led by one head.
