In a change to the advertised programme, Panorama asks whether Prince Charles could be prevented, by law, from having his planned civil wedding.
On Thursday plans for a civil marriage between Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles were announced. But some experts who have been looking at the proposal this week believe that it could run into trouble with the law.
Panorama reveals the legal concerns - and the advice which has previously been given to governments.
