The BBC has several sources of advice and help which is specifically targeted to certain age groups.

If you are a young person then you can find extra information about a whole host of relevant topics, including drug addiction and dealing with parents with problems at Radio One's One Life website:

Radio One's News bites message board will also be featuring a page on the subject, which will give teenager the opportunity to discuss the issues raised in the programme.

CBBC ONLINE AND NEWSROUND

Newsround online is the BBC's news website aimed at children. It contains many useful guides to drugs and features similar stories used in the Panorama programme.
