One former NHS chief executive tells the programme that failing to meet targets was considered a "sackable offence" and a senior consultant says managers allocated him "zero minutes" to see a patient who wasn't considered a priority. A former finance director also reveals what happened when he discovered his hospital was altering the figures for cancelled operations. What's the price being paid for modernising the NHS?
