For the men from the Green Howards A Company the biggest challenge in their tour of Afghanistan so far came from a buried bomb or IED.

Sergeant John Swithenbank and Private James Boland describe the explosion, and how they treated their comrade from the Afghan National Army, who lost all four limbs, and some Afghan children who were also injured.
