News has emerged that Tory MP Julie Kirkbride pays her sister £12,000 a year for clerical work - even though she lives more than 100 miles from her constituency. The revelation comes hot on the heels of her husband Andrew MacKay resigning as David Cameron's parliamentary aide after it emerged that he claimed second homes expenses on a property which she had declared as her main home.
