US President Barack Obama has invited figures from the world's 16 major economies to Washington for a meeting on climate change at the end of April.
Newsnight sent its Ethical Man, Justin Rowlatt, on a 6,500 mile trip around the US, one of the most polluting countries in the world, to find out what America can teach the world about climate change.
