Should you be refused car insurance by a firm just because of where you live? One Money Box listener has found his car uninsured after he moved home and discovered the Coop would not cover his car at his new address. Millions set to receive PPI redress Millions of letters are to be sent out by banks, telling customers who haven't yet complained that they may have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance and can apply for compensation. On Tuesday, the City watchdog, the Financial Services Authority, told banks what the letters should say and called it "a key moment in the PPI story". It's expected the extra claims could cost billions of pounds. But will the banks be able to cope? And how long before consumers get the money back? The Office of Fair Trading say no to Yes Loans Questions are being asked about why Britain's biggest sub-prime credit broker is still operating after its licence was taken away this week by the Office of Fair Trading.
