Paul Lewis and guests answered your questions on the costs of broadband, home telephone, digital television and mobile phone costs on Wednesday. Communications regulator Ofcom estimate that customers could save up to £140 per year if they took more than one home service from the same provider, known as 'bundling'. Just under a half of consumers have bundled packages so you could be missing out. Whether you need multiple services or just a cheaper telephone rate, Paul Lewis and the team will be ready to help. Can bundling or switching save you money? How easy is it to change providers and how long should it take? Perhaps you are worried that you will be left without a service while you switch? Maybe you have a question about jargon? Are you curious about mobile phone charges or taking your mobile on holiday? Or perhaps you want to complain about a service? Paul Lewis was joined by: • Mike Wilson, mobile and broadband manager, Moneysupermarket • Ceri Stanaway, Which? • Chris Williams, head of products, simplifydigital Presenter: Paul Lewis Producer: Lesley McAlpine
