Vincent Duggleby put your questions about identity theft and credit reports to a panel of experts.

Online banking losses rose by 14% and totalled £59.7 million in 2009 according to The UK Cards Association.

There were also more than 51,000 'phishing' incidents recorded in 2009, where criminals attempt to steal an individual's identity and/or financial account credentials.

Total fraud losses on UK debit and credit cards fell by 28% between 2008 and 2009 to £440.3 million.
