On Wednesday's programme Vincent Duggleby took your questions about renting and letting and put them to a panel of expert guests.

There's evidence to suggest that the private rented sector - whose profits were hit by the downturn - is beginning to pick up again.

According to the latest survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, more landlords are reporting a rise in rents than a fall. But the situation varies a great deal from region to region.

If you're renting, are you happy with the quality of accommodation on offer?
