An investigation has been launched into one of the biggest claims management companies in the country. BBC Radio 4's Money Box has learned that Cartel Client Review is being investigated by the Ministry of Justice in response to complaints. For an upfront fee of up to £495 the company offers to help customers bring claims against lenders for mistakes in their credit agreements. The company denies it is being investigated by the regulator and says it has had very positive results for customers. Have you used a claims management company? Was your claim successful? The BBC may edit your comments and not all emails will be published. Your comments may be published on any BBC media worldwide.
The comments we publish are not necessarily the views of the BBC but will reflect the balance of views we have received. It is helpful if contributors state if they work for any organisation relevant to an issue discussed. Readers should form their own views on whether messages published represent undeclared interests, or views prompted by a common source.
Occasionally Money Box or Inside Money may wish to contact Have Your Say contributors about future programmes. If you find this acceptable we ask you to include your e-mail address.
