The economic crisis is not just about money and paying bills. It's about dealing with the psychological pressures of the downturn. In a Money Box special programme Penny Haslam looks at how we are coping with the credit crunch. Michael Blastland has spent the last few years on a mission to de-mystify the use of statistics as the co-creator of Radio 4's More or Less Programme and in his book "The Tiger that Isn't". In a special report for Money Box he looks at how the way we think about the recession affects the economy ... and Penny visits a psychotherapist to find out if her fears about her personal finances are common. The panel of experts will be: Steve Hawkes, The Sun Dr Sheila Keegan, , consumer psychologist Mike Emmott, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
