On Wednesday's Money Box Live, Vincent Duggleby took your questions on employment rights and put them to a panel of expert guests.

From April there will be new grievance, disciplinary, dismissal and Employment Tribunal procedures throughout Great Britain.

There will also be changes to statutory holiday entitlement, the right to request flexible working and the enforcement of the National Minimum Wage.

Whether you are an employer or an employee, Vincent Duggleby and his panel of experts were here to answer any question you may have on these or other issues.
