 | BBC Radio 4's Money Box Live Wednesday, 4 March 2009, at 1502 BST On Radio 4 and Online |
On Wednesday's Money Box Live, Vincent Duggleby took your questions about bank and business bank accounts and services. Banks have been facing more bad news recently as some report record losses and eight banks lost their appeal against a ruling that current account terms and conditions can be assessed for fairness by the Office of Fair Trading. But what about the experiences of bank customers? Do you have a question about your personal or business bank account? Are the terms and conditions clear to you? Perhaps you are looking for advice on which account to choose? How can you resolve disagreements if you feel you are treated unfairly? Or maybe you would like to trace a dormant account, who can help? Whatever your concern, our panel of experts was here to give you advice. Vincent Duggleby was joined by: • Eric Leenders of the British Bankers' Association • Stephen Alambritis of the Federation of Small Businesses • Phil Jones of Which? Presenter: Vincent Duggleby Producer: Lesley McAlpine
