On Monday's Money Box Live, Paul Lewis took your questions about carers' rights and finances and put them to a panel of expert guests. If you are caring for someone full-time or trying to fit in care around your job, financial problems may cause extra worry, especially as living costs rise. You may be missing out on financial support and practical assistance, so where can you find help and how do you apply? Perhaps you would like to ask about benefit entitlements or direct payments. What is a carer's assessment, who is eligible and what should you do to prepare for one? How do you obtain practical help such as equipment, home modification or access to a break? And what are your employment rights if you are trying to juggle work and care? Whatever your question, Paul Lewis and experts was here to offer advice. He was joined by: • Jean French, advice and information manager, Carers UK • Sarah Rush, head of advice, Contact a Family • Lucy McLynn, partner, Bates Wells & Braithwaite Presenter: Paul Lewis Producer: Jim Frank
