BBC Radio 4's Money Box has been named Personal Finance Broadcast Programme of the Year at a prestigious event in London.
The Bradford & Bingley awards - now in their 20th year - were presented by B&B chief executive Steven Crawshaw and Radio 4's Sarah Montague.
The panel of judges commended the programme for keeping up excellent standards and providing thoughtful and trusted advice.
BBC News Online was chosen as the Personal Finance Website of the Year and praised for its consumer-focussed articles and wide range of issues covered.
The Personal Finance Journalist of the Year title went to James Daley of the Independent for his "non-formulaic and thoughtful approach to journalism".
The Guardian was selected as Newspaper of the Year as it "offered consistent, high quality journalism and a thoroughly interesting approach to personal finance".
The news scoop award went to Liz Phillips of the Daily Mail for her reporting on the turnaround of some major insurers to pay for breast cancer drug Herceptin.
And Tony Hazell of the Daily Mail won the consumer campaign category for his work against unfair bank charges.
The Money Box award is the third prize in a week for the production team.
The programme was named best financial programme for the second year in a row at the ABI (Association of British Insurers) awards a week ago.
At the same event, Money Box presenter Paul Lewis was given the Lifetime Achievement Award for Financial Journalism.
