Honduras is in the grip of a drugs war with powerful gangs using violence and corruption to keep the US in illegal supplies of cocaine.

The Honduran government is trying to get tough with the traffickers. HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur joined a navy patrol crew on the frontline searching for smugglers.
