Colombia's president lays out conditions for talking to Farc

Juan Manuel Santos was elected president of Colombia last summer - his country boasts one of the fastest growing economies in Latin America, but it still bears the scars of decades of political violence, and organised crime.

In an interview with Stephen Sackur, President Santos explained that the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Farc) must demonstrate that they want peace before the government will engage in talks.
