Pakistan's people are voting today in their first general election for more than five years. General Musharraf, who seized power in a bloodless coup in 1999, has gone ahead with the elections after the Supreme Court ruled that elections had to take place within three years. But Pakistan's main human rights body has questioned the credibility of the country's general elections. The Human Rights Commission said it had documentary evidence of electoral malpractice. International observers will be present, including representatives from the European Union. Tim Sebastian visits Islamabad to ask Nisar Memon if the elections fatally flawed, even before the votes are counted?
