Haiti: When desperation became anger

In the days following the Haiti earthquake, George Alagiah reported from the destroyed capital Port-au-Prince.

Aid was getting through but relief efforts were being slowed by bottlenecks, with many thousands of survivors fending for themselves.

George looks at the challenges facing the aid operation and visits a mass grave outside the capital.
