Free running Parisians fly around town

Like every major city, Paris has heavy traffic and big crowds but many young Parisians have embraced a more fluid way to get around town - by using parkour or free running.

Parkour - a physical discipline which focuses on efficient movement around obstacles - goes back to the 1920s. Its exponents say it is more than just an acrobatic running sport - it is a philosophy and it is all about the spirit of freedom.

Rajan Datar went to meet some parkour experts running through Paris and decided to have a go himself.
