One of Bangkok's most popular tourist attractions is to watch Thai boxing at Lumphini or Ratchadamnoen stadia.

Long accepted in Asia as one of the toughest and most demanding martial arts, it claims to improve movement, conditioning and work rate.

Michelle Jana Chan travelled to the boxing rings of Bangkok, to try her hand at the martial art.
