Airline customers still seeking ash cloud compensation

This year hundreds of thousands of passengers flying through European airspace found their flights disrupted by ash from the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajökull.

Many arrived home very late and very out of pocket. And some are still waiting to get their money back.
