Microsoft's Kinect comes to PCs and other tech news

Microsoft's motion sensing device Kinect is to be available for PCs.

An overhaul of the user interface expected in the coming weeks will also allow gamers in confined areas to stand closer to the device.

In other news, a cake company could lose most of its profits from this year because of a misjudged voucher offer on the Groupon website.
