    Sunday 3rd November 2002

The lawyer who acted for Paul Burrell told Sir David Frost that the former butler would never "tell all" about life with the late Diana, Princess of Wales. Solicitor Andrew Shaw, who masterminded Mr Burrell's defence, said: "I don't think you could force him to tell all. I think that there will always be the important intimate secrets that he was entrusted with by the Princess that will never be told."

In another interview in the programme, the former Chairman of the Conservative Party, Lord Tebbit warned Iain Duncan Smith not to become "detached" from the people who made him the party leader. He said Mr Duncan Smith should campaign more on issues such as opposition to the European single currency, and be less concerned to promote women, gay and ethnic members of the party. He said voters "don't give a damn, they are just not interested in that sort of thing".

The other guests on the programme were the golfer Colin Montgomerie and Max Mosley, the President of the Formula One governing body, the FIA. The Sunday newspapers were reviewed by the comedian Sandi Toksvig and David Davies, from the Football Association.
