Breakfast presenters love a challenge, and we've set Chris and Carol a tough one for this year's Children in Need. They already know each other pretty well, but we're going to make sure they get to know each other a little better. Chris Hollins takes up the story...  It's a big night for Children in Need on Friday.

Well Carol and I thought it would be great idea to visit two organisations in Scotland where money from Children in Need has made a difference. We are travelling from Glasgow to Edinburgh, a journey of nearly 50 miles and we are going by bike. A tandem in fact. We have been in training and we are ready to go!
