| Parliament has completed its 2002 to 2003 session, making over 40 new laws. The only government bill to be rejected by Parliament was the Hunting Bill. And two more bills - the European Parliamentary & Local Elections (Pilots) Bill and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill - have been carried over into the new session.
